从现有制度的角度对我国实现经济可持续发展过程中存在的人力资本结构性矛盾进行了分析,指出传统经济理论中自由市场竞争会造成负外部经济,而可持续发展战略能为解决这一问题提供方案。

From the angle of current system, this paper analyzes on the structural contradiction of human capital in the process of sustainable development of Chinese economy, points out that the free market competition in the traditional economic theory would cause the negative external economy, and the sustainable development strategy could provide the scheme for solving this problem.
