摘要
针对实施个性化的信息服务过程中存在的诸多制约因素,在对用户进行调查和市场细分的基础上,提出图书馆个性化服务的对策。
In the light of various restraining factors existing in the course of implementing the individualized information service, and based on the investigation on the users and the market subdivision, this paper advances some countermeasures for the individualized service of library.
