论述了营销渠道冲突的定义和类别,探讨了渠道冲突的成因,提出了解决渠道冲突的对策,指出渠道管理的关键是确定冲突的根源及其隐患,然后对症下药。
This paper discusses on the definition and types of the conflicts among the marketing channels, probes into the geneses of the conflicts among the marketing channels, puts forward some countermeasures for solving the conflicts among the marketing channels, and points out that the key of the channels management is to determine the sources incipient faults of the conflicts, and then suit the remedy to the case.
