循环经济是20世纪末全球经济呈现出的一种新型经济模式,是深化可持续发展的重要途径。介绍了循环经济的概念及其本质特征,针对传统煤炭开发与循环经济的矛盾,提出了基于循环经济的煤炭资源可持续发展的对策。

The circulation economy is a new type of economic mode in the end of the 20th century, and is the important path for deepening the sustainable development. This paper introduces the concept and basic features of circulation economy, and in the light of the contradiction of the traditional coal development and the circulation economy, advances some countermeasures for the sustainable development of the coal resources based on the circulation economy.
