摘要
技术创新的产生、发展以及结果的不确定性,使企业技术创新过程面临的风险较大。对企业技术创新的风险构成进行了分析,并提出了风险防范的对策。
The uncertainty of the generation, development and result of the technical innovation make the enterprise be faced with greater risks in the course of the technical innovation. This paper analyzes on the constituents of the risks in the technical innovation of enterprise, and advances some countermeasures for preventing the risks.
