摘要
本文研究缺锌对超氧化物歧化酶及脂质过氧化物的影响。缺锌组血和肝的LPO高于对照组,而SOD低于对照组;血VitE及CAT低于对照组。血LPO与锌,CAT、VitE呈负相关趋势。结果提示,严重缺锌时Cu-Zn-SOD合成减少。SOD能催化超氧化物自由基转化为过氧化氢,后者又为体内的CAT和GSH-PX所清除。
This study was designed to observe the effect of zinc-deficiency on the activity of superoxide dismutaae (SOD) and lipid peroxides (LPO) content in the blood and liver in rats. It is found that the LPO content in the blood and liver is far higher in the zinc-deficient rats than in the control, while the SOD activity is lower in the former than in the latter. In addition, the blood contents of vitamin E and CAT are also lower in the zinc-deficient animals. The blood content of LPO is in negative correlation tendency with those of zinc, CAT, and vitamin E. The results imply that the synthesis of Cu-Zn-SOD is reduced because of zinc-deficiency. It is known that SOD plays an important role to reduce the oxygen-derived free radicals to hydrogen peroxide to be eliminated from the body.
