摘要 脑出血后血肿周围水肿的机制还不十分清楚。大量的研究表明,血液成分(溶解的红细胞、血浆蛋白的渗出、活化的血小板)血肿周围局部血流量的减少、脑出血后的炎性反应和凝血酶均和脑出血血肿周围水肿的形成有关。 The mechanism about periphefial edema of cerebral hematoncus is not very clear. Many studys showed that its formation was associated with many aspects including blood components (lysed red blood cells, exudation of plasma protein, activated platelet),decreased regional cerebral blood flow around hematoma,inflammatory reaction after ICH and thrombin.
