肝胆结石片对动物胆红素结石的防石作用研究

Studies on the Preventive Effect of Gandan Jieshi Tablet on Lithogensis of Calcium Bilirubinate Calculus in Guinea-pigs

研究结果表明：连续ｉｇ肝胆结石片１．５ｇ、３．０ｇ（生药）／（ｋｇ·ｄ）９８天，可使豚鼠的成石率由８８．９％分别降至３３．３％、１１．１％（ｐ均＜０．０１），有显著的防石作用。能抑制成石豚鼠血清、胆汁中游离胆红素、降低有或无石囊壁重，且能促进大鼠的胆汁分泌量增加（ｐ＜０．０５或０．０１）；有良好的利胆作用。对正常小鼠血清甘胆酸影响不明显，无明显急性毒性反应。

The preventive effect of Gandan Jieshi tablet (GJ),a product of Chinese materia medica,on lithogensis of calcium bilirubinate calculus in guinea-pigs was studied.The results showed that GJ, orally given in a dose of 1. 5g/(kg·d),3. 0g/(kg·d) for 98 days,could significantly decrease the rates of lithogensis from 88. 9% to 333%,11.1% (p<0.01),respectively. In addition,GJ could reduce the contents of free bilirubin in serum and bile in cholelithiasis animals and could decrease the weight of gall-bladder wall in both cholelithiasis animals and normal animals. GJ promoted the bile secretion in rats (compared with control p<0.01 or 0.05),which showed its choleretic effect, however, GJ had little inhibitory effect on serum level of glycocholic acid and no significant acute toxicity in normal mice.
