对“84”消毒临床应用液有效时限的考察

摘要 本文从有效氯含量、对3种试验菌综合杀菌率和微生物污染等方面考察0.5%"84"消毒临床应用液的有效时限。实验结果表明,该应用液的有效氯含量和综合杀菌率两者的变化均与使用时间成负相关,而微生物污染则随使用时间延长而加剧。使用24h时,有效氯含量为102.02±13.27mg/L,综合杀菌率为99.98的,污染细菌数未超标;使用48h时,有效氯降至62.41±8.18mg/L,综合杀菌率仅为86.85%,污染细菌数超标。提示,0.5%"84"消毒临床应用液有效时限为24h。 In order to determine the effective time limit of disinfectant '84',parameters of its 0.5% solution,including concentration of available chlorine,microbiological contamination and average bactericidal rates to 3 strains of staphylococcus (ATCC 25923),Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 27853), were observed. The results showed that at 24 hrs and 48 hrs after dilutation,the concentrations of available chlorine were 102.27 ±13.27mg/L and 62.41± 8.18mg/L,the average bactericidal rates were 99. 98% and 86.85% and the number of contaminating bacteria were under and over standard limit,respectively. It was indicated that the effective time limit was 24 hrs.
