Reflection and Exploration on the Training Pattern of Practical Talents

人才培养模式决定着学校的办学类型和办学方向,同一类型的人才可以有不同的培养模式,但具体到某一模式,必须有其独特的构架。本文旨在对应用型人才培养模式进行认真分析、思考的基础上,结合电大的办学层次和特点,探讨应用型人才培养的问题。

Talent training pattern decides the type and direction of running a school. Although different training patterns can apply to the same type of talents, every pattern should have its own unique framework. On the basis of analysing the training pattern of practical talents, combined with levels and characteristics of radio and television universities, the paper discusses how to carry out practical talents training.
