比较环孢素和他克莫司对肾移植患者生存质量的影响

Comparison the effects of the cyclosporine and tacrolimus on the health-related quality of life in kidney transplantation patients

目的比较服用环孢素、他克莫司(免疫抑制剂)对肾移植患者的健康相关生存质量的影响。方法228例门诊肾移植患者分成环孢素组(141例)和他克莫司组(87例),用SF-36量表,评价与健康相关的生存质量。结果在肾移植术后6个月内,他克莫司组较环孢素组在精神健康维度得分高,2组比较有明显差异(74.29±20.35)vs(63.95±18.13)(P<0.05);移植后>6个月,2组在生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康上比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论环孢素、他克莫司对肾移植患者生理和社会健康上的影响无显著性差异,他克莫司对肾移植患者的精神健康有较高影响。

Objective To compare the effect of cyclosporine and tacrolimus on health - related quality of life in kidney transplantation patients. Methods Two hundreds and twenty- eight kidney transplantation outpatients were assessed with SF- 36, among which 141 receiving eyelosporine treatment group and 87 receiving taerolimus treatment group. Results The taerolimus group demonstrated significantly higher scores relative to the eyclosporine group in mental health （ 74. 29 ± 20. 35 ） vs （63.95 ± 18.18） （ P 〈 0.05 ） less than six months after operation. And no significant difference in physical functioning, role -physical, bodily pain, general health, vitality, social functioning, role -emotional and mental health in two groups more than six months afte operation. Conclusion Cyelosporine and taerolimus had no significant different effect on physical health and social health in. kidney transplantation patients. Kidney transplantation patients receiving tacrolimus therapy had higher scores in mental health.
