神经内分泌拮抗剂治疗心力衰竭的研究进展

Progress of neureurohormonal antagonists in the treatment of chronic heart failure

慢性心力衰竭(CHF)发病率和死亡率均很高,内分泌激活是其重要特点,神经内分泌拮抗剂对CHF治疗作用,本文对其临床研究做一综述。

Chronic heart failure （CHF）is described as a clinical syn- drome with high morbidity and mortality. In general, the pathophysiolo-gic mechanisms is responsible for cardiac remodeling and characterized by neuroendocrine activation. It shown that the neurohormonal antagonists had clinical efficacy in the treatment of CHF. We review some neurohormonal antagonists for CHF therapy, to provide reference for clinical parmacological therapies.
