摘要
建立反相高效液相色谱法检测红景天苷方法。采用HypersiLC1810gm,4.6mm×300mm反相色谱柱,LC-10AT泵,SPD-l0A检测器,确定了其检测条件:检测波长278nm,进样10μL,洗脱液为乙腈∶磷酸水溶液为1∶12(磷酸调节pH3.5),流速1.0mL/min,该条件下红景天苷的出峰时间为8.891min,峰形较好,重复性好,灵敏度高,能满足红景天原料和其保健食品中红景天苷的检测要求。
Salidroside is measured by R-HPLC in Rhodiola. With chromatogram column is reverse HypersiL C18 (10gm, 4.6mm×300mm), LC-10AT pump, SPD-10A detector, the parameter as follows: Measured wavelengh is 278nm, solvent is acetonitrile and water (1:12) with pH3.5, velocity of flow is 1.0mL/min, injection volume is 10μL. In this measured condition, the time of apex of salidroside is 8.891min.
