摘要
研究了本课题组多年选育的两种曲霉AOI-6及851-6B的特性,并对影响该曲霉产3种蛋白酶活力的各种因素(时间、温度、pH值、混合培养基等)进行了探讨.
The properties of production protease by aspergillus orgzae AOI 6 and aspergillus niger 851 6B, which have been selected and cultivated for many years are studied systematically. Many experments of factors influencing the production protease of these two strains, such as time, temperature, pH value,and medium have been made. The results of this reseach provide the theoretical basis for developing and using AOI 6 and 851 6B.
