高等教育发展的新形势新任务对高校党的执政能力建设提出了新的更高的要求;高校党的执政能力建设要通过加强高校党的建设来实现,要通过思想建设、组织建设、作风建设和制度建设等四个基本途径加强高校党的执政能力建设。要把加强高校党的执政能力建设的成效体现在推进高等教育事业全面协调可持续发展上。

The new situation and tasks of higher education development have raised a higher demand for the Party＇s ruling ability in institutions of higher education.To foster the Party＇s ruling ability in the institutions, we should strengthen the construction of the Party through four basic means： ideological formation, organizational develpment, work style improvement and system construction, and direct the fostering towards the advance of the all-around coordination and sustainable development of the higher education undertakings.
