Career plan plays an important role in locating one＇s proper position in society to make full use of one＇s potential ability and achieve success. It is the key step for university students to enter into society and make out their ambitions. Combining college conditions, relevant theories to follow by college students when mapping out their occupation plan are put forward. The detailed steps and content of undergraduates＇ occupation project are set forth. Guidelines of students＇ job plan are explored through theory and practice. The career plan of undergraduates and that of enterprise personnel are compared.
