摘要
通过对南京问四所高校的199名大三、大四学生及研究生的典型调查及对南京市区96名社会成员的随机调查,揭示我国公务员考录环节中应该加强和改进的主要环节是“择优录用环节”、“面试环节”,说明我国公务员录用考试除了需要完善制度建设,还应进一步加强实践监督和管理。就如何健全国家公务员考录机制提出了若干建议。
Through the typical investigation into 199 juniors and seniors and postgraduates of four universities of Nanjing and the random investigation into 96 social members, this paper reveals that the enrollment examination of civilian servants should strengthen and improve the link of enrollment on the basis of competitive selection and the link of interview and that in addition to perfecting the building of system, we should strengthen supervision and management. It also puts forward some suggestions.
