外贸跟单人才培养方式改革初探

On the Means of Merchandiser Training

我国加入世贸组织以后,跟单员成为国际商务中一种基本的应用型人才,其需求数量逐年增加。但是,跟单人才的培养滞后于市场的需求。文章阐述了外贸跟单行业的现状、前景以及外贸跟单岗位职业技能的构成;对跟单人才培养现状进行了分析,提出跟单人才培养方式的改革措施。

Since China entered into WTO, as an exclusive working position, merchandiser has being breaking out from foreign trade enterprises and foreign trade manufacturers gradually. And now it became the basic excellent work position of the international business. The demand on merchandiser increases gradually. But current merchandiser training fell behind the demand further. This thesis intends to find out the shortage of merchandiser training by analyzing the current situation of the demand on merchandisers and merchandiser training; then puts forward the scientific mode of merchandiser training.
