To help students get a job in the future, it＇s a powerful countermeasure for higher vocational . institutions to give the students professional guidance. This is also an effective approach to serve the social economy, and it helps students to establish a suitable job expectation and enhance the student＇s competitiveness and social adaptability. Based on the analysis of the features and function of higher vocational profession guidance, this paper puts forward some countermeasures.
