分析、探讨现代企业对大学生素质要求的变化,提出了深化教育改革、更新育人模式、加强能力培养、开发创造潜能等相应对策。
This paper analyses the change of quality requirement of modem enterprises for college students, and then proposes countermeasures of deepening education reform, renovating education mode, strengthening ability fostering and developing the students; potential.
