长春花悬浮细胞培养体系用于生物转化的研究概况 被引量:2

摘要 目的介绍长春花悬浮细胞培养体系的生物转化作用以及生物转化对于中药新药开发的意义。方法对过去25年中利用长春花悬浮细胞培养体系进行生物转化的文献报道进行了综述。结果利用该体系共完成了以下6种类型的反应:羟基化、氧化、还原、碳碳双键的氢化作用、糖基结合作用,以及水解作用。结论用生物转化的方法处理中药中的化学成分,修饰它们的结构或活性位点,对充分发挥我国中药的资源优势,开发具有自主知识产权的新药具有十分重要的意义。
