摘要
目的研究海南少花斑鸠菊(Vernoniachunii)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了5个化合物:30-羟基-羽扇豆醇-3-乙酸酯(Ⅰ),羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(Ⅱ),(22E,24R)-麦角甾-5·22-二烯-3β-醇(Ⅲ),白桦脂酸(Ⅳ)和熊果酸(Ⅴ)。结论以上化合物均系首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents from Vernonia chunii of Hainan province. METHODS The constituents were separated and purified by column chromatography. Their structures were identified on the basis of physiochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified as:lup-20(29)-ene-3,30-clrol-3-acetate( Ⅰ ),lupenyl acetate( Ⅱ ),(22E,24R) - ergosta-5.22-clien-3β-ol( Ⅲ ), betulinic acid( Ⅳ ) and ursolic acid(Ⅴ). CONCLUSION All of the compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time.
