摘要
目的研究反胶束提取氨基糖苷类抗生素的可能性,寻求高效且环境友好的氨基糖苷类抗生素的生产工艺。方法将磷酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(HDEHP)、磷酸三丁酯(TBP)、异辛烷形成反胶束,与卡那霉素溶液或发酵滤液混合、振荡、离心。结果反胶束萃取率与水相pH值、盐浓度密切相关。当KCl浓度为0·05mol·L-1,萃取前水相pH为10,HDEHP浓度为1mol·L-1时,HDEHP-TBP-异辛烷反胶束萃取发酵滤液的萃取率为88·6%。结论HDEHP-TBP-异辛烷反胶束萃取反胶束是可行的。
OBJECTIVE To study high efficiency and environmental protection production techniques, and to investigate the reverse micelle solution extract of aminoglycoside antibiotics.METHODS The reverse micelle solution was prepared by mixing HDEHP-isooctane solution with TBP. Extraction were performed by contacting the reverse micelle solution with kanamycin solution or fermentation broth. RESULTS The experiment results show that the transfer efficiency of kanamycin was heavily dependent on pH and salt concentration in the aqueous solution. The transfer efficiency was 88.6% for fermentation broth when KCl concentration was 0.05 mol· L^-1, pH of before extraction was at 10, and HDEHP concentration was 1 mol·L^-1. CONCLUSION The kanamycin can be efficiently extracted by the reverse micelle solution.
