胰岛素升高外周血白细胞的临床观察

Clinical Study on the Raising of Peripheral Leucocytes with Insulin

本文报告了国内未见报道过的恶性肿瘤放、化疗过程中外周血白细胞＜４．０×１０９／Ｌ２５６例次，经服常用升白药无效后静滴普通胰岛素的疗效。其中显效１３２例次（５１．５６％），有效３８例次（１４．８４％），无效８６例次（３３．５９％）。且对药物的作用机制及疗效标准的判断作了探讨。认为该疗法为解决肿瘤治疗过程中的白细胞下降开辟了一个新的途径。

Two hundred and fifty-six episodes of peripheral leucocytes less than 4.0×109/L due to radiotherapy and chemotherapy of malignant neoplasmata Were treated with insulin.The results showed that 132 episodes were seemingly effective(51.56%),38 episodes very effective(14.84%) and 86 episodes of no effect(33.59%).The pharmacological mechanism of insulin and the standard of curative effect were discussed.The method provided a new way to recover hypoleucocytosis.
