摘要 应用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法对硅铝钡合金中的主次量元素Si,Al,Ba,Fe,Ca,Mn,Cu进行同时测定。样品(100mg)于聚四氟乙烯密封罐中,用2mL盐酸(1+1)、3mL硝酸(1+1)和1mL氢氟酸在室温下溶解,20min后加入15mL硼酸溶液除氟,试液经过滤后,用于ICP-AES测定。通过对溶样方法和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪分析参数的优化,以及对影响分析结果准确度的因素进行校正,方法的准确度得到提高。应用本法测定国家标准参考物质其结果与认定值一致,加标回收率为98.1%~104.7%,RSD小于4%。 A method of determining primary and minor elements, ie. Si, Al, Ba, Fe, Ca, Mn, Cu in barium - aluminum-silicon alloy by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was reported. The sample(100 mg) was placed in a hermeticall-sealed PTFE pot with 2 mL hydrochloric acid, 3 mL nitric acid and 1 mL hydrofluoric acid, and dissolved at room-temperature. After 20 rain boric acid was added to eliminate fluorine ion. The solution was determined by ICP-AES after filtration. The increase in accuracy of this method was achevied by optimization of the way of dissolving samples and analyzing parameters, and calibration of the factors affecting accuracy. The results are consistent with certified values. Its recoveries are in the range of 98.1% - 104.7 %. The relative standard deviation is less than 4 %.
