肝组织中HDAg和HBcAg的检测及其意义

摘要 采用免疫酶染色法检查了22例丁型肝炎病毒(HDV)感染者肝组织连续切片上的HDAg和HBcAg,同时对照检查了42例乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)单纯感染者肝组织中的HBcAg。结果发现HDAg主要存在于细胞核内,阳性细胞散在分布于肝组织中,细胞形态基本正常,少数细胞肿胀。HBV合并HDV感染者肝组织中的HBcAg细胞核多呈阳性,细胞浆中较少有HBcAg的阳性颗粒。在单纯HBV感染中,可在其胸核及胞浆中同时查到HBcAg的阳性颗粒,HBV合并HDV感染者肝组织中的HBcAg阳性细胞数为6.64±3.60,单纯HBV感染者为8.85±3.73,两者差异有显著性。对HDAg的表达与血清GPT的相关性研究发现,HDAg的阳性细胞数与血清GPT水平有相关性(r=0.432)。表明HDV合并感染后对HBV的复制有抑制作用。 Hepatitis D virus antigen (HDAg) and hepatitis B virus core antigen (HBcAg) were detected in the hepatic tissue sections of 22 cases of patients with hepatitis D and 42 cases of controled patients with hepatitis B by using immuno enzyme staining.HDAg was mainly found in hepatic cells nuclus.Postive cells presented dispersively in the sections,most of which were not abnormal in morphalogy and only a small fractions appeared swollen.In the hepatic tissue with HBV and HDV coinfection HBcAg presented mainly in the cells nuclus with small fractions in the cytoplasm ,whereas in simple HBV infectitive tissue HBcAg was found both in the nuclus and cytoplasm.In addition,the positive number of HBcAg was 6 64±3 60 in the former,8.85±3.73 in the latter in an area of 10mm×10mm.The difference is significant.Relative study of HDAg positive number to serum GPT level showed r=0.432(P<0.05).This suggest that HDV coinfected with HBV can inhibitate HBV replication and the HDV have cytopathic effect on hepatic cells damage in some degree.
