摘要 目的:分析比较溪黄草、狭基线纹香茶菜及线纹香茶菜挥发油的化学成分,为正确鉴定和评价溪黄草药材的质量提供依据。方法:用气相色谱—质谱联用技术对溪黄草等三种植物挥发油的化学成分进行分析。结果:狭基线纹香茶菜、溪黄草挥发油的化学成分相似,线纹香茶菜挥发油的化学成分与狭基线纹香茶菜、溪黄草挥发油化学成分差异显著。结论:民间以狭基线纹香茶菜作为溪黄草药材使用有一定依据,但线纹香茶菜不宜用作溪黄草药材。 AIM: To analyze the chemical constituents in three kinds of Isodon merchandise and to provide the bases for the evaluation and identification of medical plant Isodon. METHODS: GC-MS was adopted in analyzing the chemical constituents in essential oil from three kinds of Isodon medical plants phenotype. RESULTS: Chemi- cal constituents in essential oil of L lophanthoids var. gerardianus Hara and L serra Kudu plants were similar, but the chemical constituents in essential oil of L striatus Kudu were different significantly when compared with those of L serra Kudu or L lophanthoides var. gerardianus Hara. CONCLUSION: Using L lophanthoids var. gerardianus Hara as the Isodon medical plant in traditional medicine is reasonable but L striatus Kudu should not be used as the medical plant.
