摘要
基于有限单元法理论,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对航空发动机中常用钛合金焊接试件进行应力应变分析,得到了焊接接头的等效应力场和应变场,并确定出试件等效应力集中系数Kf。运用局部应力-应变法对光滑焊接试件估算疲劳寿命,并采用成组试验法对计算结果进行验证和分析。
In this paper, the stress and strain of titanium alloy welding specimens often used in aero-engine are analyzed by using the Finite Element Method(FEM). Then the stress field and the strain field of titanium alloy welded joints are obtained, and the effective stress concentration coefficient (Kf) is determined. The fatigue life of typical titanium alloy welding specimens has been successfully calculated by using local stl"ess-strain method, and the theoretical results are verified by comparing with the experimental results.
