介绍盖包的类型、特点、设计及主要尺寸的计算。与用敞口包冲入法比较,用带盖包进行球化处理的好处是:①反应镁光和烟尘大幅度减少;②镁的吸收率提高(>60%),球化剂费用可节省30%;③铁液温降减少40℃;④氧化渣量减少达50%;⑤球化处理质量稳定性和可靠性提高。
An introduction was made to the varieties of Tundish ladles, their features, design and main dimensions calculation.Compared with pour-over treatment process in an open ladle, nodularizing in the Tundish covered ladle has following advantages： （a） reaction fumes and glare could be reduced obviously; （b） magnesium recoverability could be increased greatly （〉60%）, and the nodularizing alloy expense could be reduced by 30%; （c） temperature drop of molten iron could he reduced by 40 ℃; （d） quantity of oxide slag could be reduced by 50%; （e） quality stability and reliability could be improved.
