摘要
研制了一种钇基重稀土变质剂。通过与镧、铈等轻稀土变质剂对比试验研究发现:重稀土钇变质剂能明显改善低、高铬合金铸铁的基体组织及碳化物的形态,使硬度、冲击韧性有较大的提高,因而能有效降低Mo、Ni、Cu等合金元素的添加量。
A new type of Y-base heavy rare earth modifieator was developed. By comparative tests with the new modificator and modificators containing light rare earth elements such as La and Ce, it was found that the Y- containing modifieator could obviously improve structure and carbide morphology of both the low and high chromium white cast irons, substantially increase their hardness and impact toughness and so that the addition amount of Mo, Ni and Cu could be reduced effectively.
