摘要 采用消失模工艺铸造耐热铸铁沸腾燃烧炉风帽。RTSi-5.5耐热铸铁采用中频感应炉熔炼,铸造工艺为多个铸件排成长列,每只砂箱埋二层铸型,生产效率高;采用浇注系统补缩,补缩效果好;铸件表面质量明显改善。 EPC process was adopted for production of an heat resistant cast iron air nozzle for fluctuation burning furnace. The RT Si-5.5 grade heat resistant cast iron was melted in a medium-frequency induction furnace. There were two layers of castings in a mould, and castings in every layer were arranged horizontally in a long row. Therefore the productivity is quite high. Gating system was taken as the common feeder of castings, and good feeding effect was obtained. By using this process, the surface quality of castings was obviously improved.
