摘要
研究了不同温度、不同搅拌速度和不同冷却速度对半固态AZ91镁合金性能的影响。用了两种冷却方式,一是水淬,二是金属型冷却。搅拌速率从每分钟300转变化到900转,变化步长是每分钟300转。试验结果表明冷却速率对合金晶粒尺寸影响很大。搅拌速率对晶粒密度的影响有一最佳搅拌速度,当搅拌速率为600转/分时,晶粒密度最大。550度搅拌得到的半固态镁合金的晶粒密度大于590度搅拌时得到的晶粒密度。试验结果表明合金的固相分数仅与镁合金搅拌温度有关,这与相图表达的定性关系是一致的。在所有半固态镁合金试验中,水淬试样的晶粒密度都大于重力铸造的金属型试样的晶粒密度。这表明在半固态成型过程中,晶粒有很强的长大合并的趋势。
The influence of different temprature and different sterring and cooling speed on the charaters of semi- solid magnesium alloys is studied here.The experiments show that the size of the alloy crystalline grains was much influenced by the cooling speed in the procedure of water-quenching and metal-mould cooling.When the stirring rate was 600 rounds per minute,the density of the grains was the highest.The density of the quenchinching samples was higher than that of the metal-mould ones and the grains were much easier to grow and merge in the shaping of the semi-solid alloys.
