在狗头枣试管苗诱导生根中，ＩＢＡ是最有效的外源生长激素；同时加入适量的活性炭（ＡＣ）能明显地促进生根。ＩＢＡ与ＡＣ的生根作用存在极显著的互作，二者最好的水平组合是ＩＢＡ０．４ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＡＣ５．０ｍｇ／Ｌ。

At the same time, the right amount of activated charcoal(AC) is added into medium that may evidently pomote root fomation. The IBA and AC have very morkedly introduction in rooted action. Its very good level combination is IBA0.4mg/l+AC5.0mg/l.
