摘要
狗头枣茎段离体培养中,砂糖和蔗糖在相同使用浓度下的培养效果无显著差异,可用砂糖代替蔗糖以降低成本。砂糖浓度,在继代培养中以30g/L为宜。
The culture effect has no marked diffrence between the granulated sugar and sucrose with the same use concentration in shoot cuttings culture of the such jujuba as the dog head in vitro.Using granulated sugar instead of sucrose reduces costs.The suitable granulated sugar concentration is 30g/L in subculture and 20g/L in rooted culture.
