摘要
通过分析和探讨目前高校图书馆流通部存在的一些问题,提出了相应的改进措施:增加技术人员在流通岗位;加强培训和管理,改善服务设备及环境;采取适当的激励机制,落实岗位责任制;卫生清洁工作包给清洁公司。
This paper has analyzed and explored problems existed in the library circulation section in universities, put forward corresponding amendment measures： increase staff at the post of the circulation section, strengthened trainings and managements, improved service equipment and environment; take proper incentive mechanism and materialized post responsibility; and outsourced sanitation work to cleaning companies.
