摘要
目的通过调查掌握目前上海市护理人力资源配置现状,发现问题,提出建议。方法采用文献回顾法、专家咨询法、现状调查法和统计学处理进行研究。结果提出上海市各级医院床护比理论配置值,三级综合医院1∶0.65,三级专科医院1∶0.47,二级医院1∶0.43,一级医院1∶0.39。结论合理配置护理人力资源对促进本学科发展至关重要。
Objective To find out the current situation and problems of nursing human resource allocation in Shanghai, and provide suggestions, Methods To study by literature review, expert consultation, on-spot interview and statistics, Results To put forward the theory ratio of bed to nurse in different grades hospitals, Conclusion To allocate the nursing human resource rationally plays a very important role to the nursing development.
