摘要
以氧化锆微滤膜为底膜,锆溶胶为原料,采用Sol-Gel成膜路线制备氧化锆超滤膜.详细研究了增稠剂和干燥控制剂对制膜液稳定性和成膜过程的影响.通过扫描电镜(SEM)对膜的结构进行表征;气体泡压法(PSD)对膜的孔径大小及分布进行测定.结果表明,在本文所采用的锆溶胶体系中,以PVA为增稠剂、丙三醇等中性物质为干燥控制剂最为合适;研究发现,通过控制PVA的加入质量分数在2%-3%,可以防止内渗透且获得较为完整的溶胶膜层,添加中性干燥控制剂能够有效地防止膜层开裂.超滤膜的孔径分别在93 nm和75 nm出现双峰分布.
Zirconia membranes were coated on porous zirconia substrates by SOl - Gel method. Effects of binders and DCCA on suspension stability and membrane preparation were studied. The structure of membrane was charcterized by SEM and membrane pore size distribution was detemined by gas bubble pressure method. It was showed that PVA and neutral DCCA such as glycerol were most suitable for zirconium sol selected in this paper. Sol was not absorbed by the support and the surface of membrane was homogeneous throughout by controlling the amount of PVA. Membrane was crack- free by adding neutral DCCA. The mean pore diameter distribution of zirconia membranes was bimodal with 93 nm and 75 nm.
