摘要
分析不同的退火时间对AZ31B镁合金温轧薄板的组织和性能的影响。通过试验和分析发现:镁合金温轧薄板在退火温度为573 K、退火时间为60 min时,能够获得较好的综合力学性能;进一步延长退火时间到120 min,塑性进一步改善,r值基本保持不变,n值增加。
AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet is the study object, the effects of annealing technique on the microstructure and properties were investigated. After experimentation and analysis, the result achieved is that:when the temperature remained at 573 K, and the time last 60min, the integrate properties are the best. If the annealing time prolong to 120 min, the strain rate is more better, and the value is not changed almost, n value is increased.
