一家三甲医院科技人员网络学习状况分析

Condition analysis of health manpower’s learning via internet

以2003-2004年度安徽医科大学附属医院承担新技术、新项目的科技人员为研究对象,对其网络学习情况做了调查与分析,结果发现:项目科技人员重视通过网络获取信息资料,并对使用网络进行技术创新持积极态度;在完成新技术、新项目的过程中,项目科技人员通过网络进行了主动的信息搜集和整理活动,对所收集的信息资料做了较深入的加工处理,但项目组内的合作学习有待进一步加强;项目科技人员的IT技能对于网络学习的效果具有重要的影响。最后,文章就信息时代医学科技人员的网络学习情况进行了讨论。

The study explored the processes and effectiveness of Online Learning of the medical professionals in the affliated hospital of Anhui Medical University who had undertaken new clinical projects during 2003-2004 by using questionnaire survey method. The resuhs show that the doctors have made good uses of the Internet and exhibited positive attitudes toward Online Learning; doctors were found to have collected and processed variety of relevant materials via the Internet, but made relatively insufficient discussions within project groups; learners＇ IT skills demonstrated significant effects on effective Online Learning behaviors as well as the benefit from Internet utilization. Finally, the paper analyzed the characteristics of medical professionals＇ Online Learning in information age.
