摘要
根据工业锅炉炉膛的结构特点,采用一台1.4MW热水锅炉为主要试验设备,利用七孔探针测试并计算出燃烧室和燃尽室在三种不同折烟墙形状下的空气动力场。通过计算比较得出折烟墙的几何形状对燃烧室和燃尽室内的空气动力场有较大的影响,而且当折烟墙顶面与水平面夹角为28°-30°时的炉膛扰动最大,更有利于延长烟气在炉膛内的行程,降低锅炉的初始排尘浓度;而更大的扰动也有利于烟气中的飞灰可燃物与空气充分混合,降低烟气中的飞灰可燃物含量,达到节能与环保的目的。
Based on the hearth -construction's characteristic of the industrial boiler , a 1. 4 MW hot -water boiler is used as the test equipment. Changing the fold smoke wall's shape of the boiler to three situation , the dynamics field could be tested and counted with seven probes. Comparing calculation results, it can be found that the changing of the fold smoke wall's shape will influence the dynamics field in combustion chamber and reburning chamber. While the fold smoke wall and the horizon plane's included angel is 28° to 30° ,it is better to prolong the flight of smoke in the hearth -construction and reduce the initial dust -density emission. Then, the more violence disturbance is advantageous to admixture sufficiency of the combustible and air, and reduce the content of the combustible. At last, It had better reach to the aim of energy saving and protecting environment.
