摘要 通过测量纸浆Zeta电位及聚合电解质的吸附量,研究了高电荷密度阳离子聚胺在纸浆纤维上的吸附特性,并将吸附聚胺后的纤维抄纸进行纸浆性能分析。结果表明:纸浆种类不同,聚胺的吸附量不同;吸附量随打浆度的提高而增大;吸附量随电导率升高,先增大后减小;当pH值小于8时,吸附量随pH值升高而增大;在吸附一定量聚胺后,手抄片的抗张强度、耐破度和耐折度都有不同幅度的提高。 The adsorption characteristics of high charge density cationic polyamine on pulp fibers were studied in this paper. In the experiment, the pulp's Zeta potential and polyeleetrolytes quantity adsorbed were measured, and the physical properties of the pulp adsorbed cationic polyamine were analyzed. The conclusion was that polyamine adsorption on different species of pulp is different ; the polyamine quantity adsorbed on pulp fibers can be increased by increasing beating degree of the pulp, and conductivity or pH of the pulp slurry; the tensile strength, burst strength and folding endurance of the handsheet could be improved by adsorbing polyamine on the fibers.
