摘要
探讨了SiO2、PVA、固色剂、辅助胶黏剂和润滑剂等对彩色喷墨打印纸涂料流变性能的影响。结果表明,SiO2分散液浓度高时,SiO2粒子间的作用增强;PVA与涂料组分形成的网络结构强度比较差;固色剂与涂料组分形成不可逆、强度高的网络结构;辅助胶黏剂具有分散剂的作用,可在一定程度上弱化涂料结构的强度;润滑剂能够提高涂料的流动性能。
The effect of SiO2, mordant, PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) and lubricant on rheological properties of the coating for color ink jet paper was discussed. Results showed that the action between SiO2 particles was strong when the dispersion concentration was high; the network structure formed by PVA and coatings' components had low strength; the network structure formed by mordant and coatings' components was unreversible and strong; the thickener could perform as disperser and weaken the coatings' structure, and the lubricant could improve the flow of the coatings in the micro struchire.
