摘要
介绍了孔板的减压原理及其在纸机热泵供热控制系统中的应用,并提出了实际应用中需注意的问题。
As a kind of equipment for decreasing pressure, orifice has been widely applied in the ilow rate measurement of oil, natural gas and chemical industry because of the characteristics of simple structure, convenient manufacture and assembling and reliable control. The heat pump system of dry section of paper machine used widely today suffers from very heavy heat impact when the paper breaking happens, as it only can open the draintap to condense quickly. Orifice used in the heat pump system of dry section of paper machine can ensure the condensed water in dryers to discharge smoothly both in normal operation and when paper breaking happens.
