铁电体物理特性的计算机模拟

摘要 利用Ising模型模拟了铁电体的微观机制,以此得到铁电体自发极化强度与电滞回线形状随温度的变化关系、极化反转过程中的畴结构变化等用普通仪器不易测得的结果,均较好地符合了理论的预期,弥补了实验室条件的不足。本内容可用作大学物理实验设计实验。 The microcosmic mechanism of ferroelectricity was simulated using the Ising model. ferroelectricity's spontaneous polarization and hysteresis loop's shape is affected by temperature, how during are all Through this, how domain form revolves polarization transition can be got from the simulation result, which accord the theory's expects very well. These results difficult to get from experiments. So through this way, the shortage of laboratory condition can be compensated.
