摘要
土壤干旱胁迫对杨梅Myrica rubraB iet生长及部分生理特性影响的研究结果表明,土壤干旱胁迫降低了杨梅叶片含水量、淀粉及Mn、Zn、B元素含量;与正常供水相比,轻度干旱胁迫使可溶性蛋白质和N、P、Mg、Cu元素含量增加,但随着干旱胁迫加重,其含量又降低;受旱后游离脯氨酸、水溶性总糖、还原糖和Ca元素含量升高;K和Fe元素含量同正常供水相比,在轻度干旱胁迫时其含量显著降低,当土壤达中度和重度干旱胁迫时,其含量升高,但Fe含量高于正常供水,而K含量低于正常供水。
Effects of soil drought stress on growth and some physiological characters in Myrica rubra Biet were studied. Results showed that the contents of leave water, amylum and Mn,Zn, B had decreased under soil drought stress. The contents of water soluble protein and N, Mg, Cu had a tendency of decrease in light stress compared with normal condition, but the contents decreased with increasing degree of the stress. Free proline, the amounts of total soluble sugar, reducing sugar and Ca contents increased under soil drought stress. K and Fe contents had a tendency of decrease in light stress compared with normal condition, the contents increased under moderate stress and severe stress. But Fe content was higher than the content of normal condition and K content was opposite.
