摘要
本文介绍了驴乳的化学成分、营养特点及其和牛羊乳的区别,分析了驴乳的营养价值和保健作用。开发驴乳在扩大驴资源综合利用,提高农牧民经济收入,增加乳制品新品种等方面具有积极意义。
The paper introduced the different chemical ingredient and nutrition characters between donkey milk cow and sheep milk, and analysised donkey milk's nutrition value and the function of healthcare. Donkey milk's development has positive meaning in the area of enlarge the comprehensive utilization of donkey resources, increase farmer's income and new dairy products.
