摘要
目的:确定茄尼醇皂化的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用正交设计法,以反相高效液相色谱法测定各样品中茄尼醇含量,确立最优皂化条件。结果:最佳皂化工艺为物料比即茄尼醇和乙醇质量体积比为1:25,皂化温度45℃,茄尼醇和催化剂质量比为1:2,反应时间3 h。结论:本皂化方法成本低,条件温和、易控,值得推广。
Objective:To optimize the saponification process of solanesol. Methods: The orthogonal design was employed to establish the optimal saponification process of salanesol. A RP-HPLC was used to quantify the solanesol in the samples. Results: The optimal saponification process was set the seal on ethanol as solvent ( weight/volume ratio of 1 : 25 ), the saponification temperature at 45 ℃ , weight/weight ratio of the crude solanesol over catalyzer KOH of 1 : 2 and saponification period for 3 h. Conclusion: This low cost, easily manipulated and mild reactive saponification process was warranted for further pilot manufacture.
