BudR和CHM对花椰菜幼苗下胚轴根芽分化的抑制效应

摘要 研究DNA生物合成抑制剂5-溴-2-脱氧尿嘧啶(BudR)和蛋白质生物合成抑制剂放线菌酮(CHM)对花椰菜幼苗下胚轴切段离体培养中器官分化的抑制作用,结果表明:1)BudR和CHM对根的分化有一定的抑制效应,达到一定浓度时,能造成根分化的停止.CHM的抑制作用较明显而强烈,表明根的分化对蛋白质的依赖性高于核酸;2)BudR和CHM对芽的分化均有抑制作用,达到一定浓度时,能造成芽分化的停止.BudR的抑制效应较CHM的明显,这表明芽分化过程对核酸合成的依赖性高于蛋白质. Segments of hypocotyl from cauliflower were cultured on MS medium supplemented with deferent concentrations of BudR (5-brome-2-deoxyuridine). and CHM (cyclohexide).Results showed that BudR and CHM could inhibit roots and buds differentiation. With the concentrations of BudR and CHM increasing, the inhibitive effects became more and more obvious,but the effects of BudR were deferent to that of CHM. In the period of root differentiation,CHM's effect was more obvious than BudR's which meant that proteins synthesis was more important than DNA synthesis in this period. While in the process of bud formation,BudR's effectwas more obvious than CHM's, showing that bud formation depended more on DNA synthesisthan on protein synthesis.
