摘要
从吸收油分离2-甲基萘的新工艺由共沸蒸馏、加氢脱硫、精留和异构化等工序组成。前两个工序有效地除去物料中的氮化合物、硫化合物,异构化使1-甲基萘转化为2-甲基萘。以晶格常数为24.3~24.4的Y型沸石作催化剂,用副生物甲基萘满作添加剂,选择适宜的工艺条件。
he new process of preparing 2 methylnaphthalene from wash oil is constituted of four processes: azeotropical distillation, hydrode sulfurization, distillation and isomerization. Azeotropical distillation and hydrode sulfurization can effectively get rid of the nitrogen compound and sulfur compound in raw material, lsomerization can change 1 methylnaphthalene into product. The pure 2 methylnaphthalene can be separated efficiently by using zeolite Y and methyltetralin (the lattice constant is 24.3~24.4) as an additive and choosing suitable technical conditions.
