出血性大肠杆菌O157:H7 vero细胞毒素抗体的保护性研究

Research on Protection of Antibody of a New Verotoxin Produced by Enterohemorrhagic E. coli O157:H7

目的:在体外研究vero细胞毒素抗体的保护作用。方法:用从出血性大肠杆菌O157:H7中纯化的一种新的vero细胞毒素来免疫家兔,获得多克隆抗体。用不同剂量抗体,在不同时间段与此vero细胞毒素进行vero细胞毒性试验。结果:高剂量的抗体预先处理过的vero细胞,可以受到抗体保护,毒素的细胞毒作用被抑制。预先用毒素作用vero细胞后,一小时内给予大剂量抗体可以部分抑制毒素的细胞毒作用。结论:本试验提示用抗毒素紧急预防和治疗Vero细胞毒素引起的疾病是可行的。

Objective： To study protection of antibody of vero cytotoxin in vitro. Methods： Immunise rabbit with a new verotoxin purified from EHEC O157：H7 strain, and obtain polyclonal rabbit antisera. We used the different dose of antisera and the vero cytotoxin to do the vero cell assay in different of time. Results： High does antisera-treated vero cells were protected and the effect of the cytotoxin was inhibited. When the toxin was used in advance and the high dose of antisera were supply in an hour, that the antisera could inhibit effect of the cytotoxin partly. Conclusion： This test imply that antitoxin can be used for prevention and cure of disease brought by verocytotoxin.
